10 stars. . The transaction was wonderful. Cha cha, ivory sulcata tortoise was shipped over night from date of mailing schedule. She did very well in her travels to North Carolina coast area. She looked just like her yearling pictures on web site. She is a great eater and very healthy. I wish I could attach pictures to share. I am very happy and the little girl Cha cha is spoiled. If your going to get 2, go and do it the 1st time to save on shipping. Cha cha also loves to stay warm so make sure you get a heat lamp and food. The food comes as hard pellets but just add water and the mush up so eating is easier on the little mouths.
Over all best decision I made. New addition to my family.
